SPOOKY
King of the HOUSE....Spooky was born in 1996. He was
found at approx 4 weeks old wandering the streets of
Kaneohe, HI. I was very lucky to be referred to the woman
that picked him up, as she was known by our base vet as
adopting strays from time to time. I went to her place to
see him and it was love at first site!  Most people that see
Spooky say that he resembles a Maine Coon Cat. They are
a very large and hairy breed, and Spooky is very large and
harry! He weighs in at a whopping 12+lbs of twisted steel
and sex appeal. He runs the house and loves to torment his
daddy and cuddle up to mommy!
BOOMER DOG

Boomer was born in 1996. He was born to a large litter of pups in kaneohe, HI. I had
been searching for months for a Heeler Puppy. They are hard to come by on the islands,
as herding dogs are not a huge necessity in locations where there is not much herding to be
done! When I saw the ad for Heeler pups and wasted NO time in making the earliest appt
I could get to go check them out. There were so many to chose from, and the decision was
a tough one, but Boomer came home with me that day, and he has been my best good dog
ever since.  Boomer is an avid hunter and gets no greater thrill than to leave his latest
catch on the porch for mommy and daddy to acknowledge.  I don't know how he does it, as
some of the ground hogs he brings us weigh in excess of 15lbs!  Boomer came to me just 6
months after Sadie and they have rarely spent a day apart. Sadie got the brains, Boomer
the brawn. Tragically, we lost Saddie in 2005.

BLUE DOG

Blue was born in 2003. Blue has welcomed the responsibility of caretaker of the farm. Not
a soul steps foot without being under the watchful eye of ole' Blue. Blue is a pup at heart
and is true joy to have around. He loves his family very much.
JAKE & DELILAH

The Barn brats....Jake (has more white) and Delilah joined our family as wee little kitties the summer of 2007. They have been raised in
the barn, and are a great team! Jake is Mr. Friendly. His main function in life is to greet each new visitor to the barn with some cuddles
and purrrrrs....Delilah, on the otherhand, is friendly, but much more serious. Her main function is that of huntress and she is a mean
moth killer! In addition to moths, she makes sure all the snakes and rodents stay clear as well....They are adored by all who know them!
Thanks to Samantha for taking these great pics!
BANJO & FIDDLE

Here at Westwood we practice Natural Weed
Extraction. Banjo and Fiddle are here to ensure every
unwanted and unwelcome weed on the premise is
located, extracted, and processed as naturally as
nature will allow. In other words, They are going to
eat and eat and eat and eat until there is nothing left
for them to eat! I highly doubt we will EVER see that
day though! We are hoping that Banjo and Fiddle take
a particular liking to the sweet tastiness of Poison Ivy
and Thistles! Only time will tell. Banjo is a male
black/gray Pygmy Goat born around January of 2008.
Fiddle is a female black/tan pygmy goat born around
November 2007. They are funny and friendly and
always up for visitors! They are a great addition to our
ever growing family here at Westwood.
